Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days* of delivery.

As of right now we are unable to provide free returns and the customer will have to pay all shipping fees to our warehouse with an additional processing and handling fee of up to $2 that will be subtracted from your refund price. As a small business we are working hard to on ways we can provide flat rate and reduced return fees in the future!

Please allow up to 21 business days to process the return once it’s been received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

All returns will be refunded in the form of in-store credit

***Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase (not the date you placed your order), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us prior to returning your order by filling our our Customer Service Form, and we will provide you our returns instructions along with all details of returning your items. 

Refunds

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for processing after we've received your package at our warehouse.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • SALE items cannot be returned
  • Import duties/taxes are also non-refundable
  • All refunds are subject to the handling & processing fee of up to $2, which will be deducted from the total amount (when choosing a refund to your original payment method)

Exchanges

  • We are currently unable to offer exchanges at this time please contact customer service for our return policy

Cancellations

  • We are unable to process order cancelations at this time as we have a high turn-over rate from factory to shipping
  • If you contact us before processing your order we may be able to change the size and color
